1. Who We Are

This privacy policy applies to all users of subway-ads.com, including residents of New York, California, and the European Economic Area (EEA).

2. What We Collect

We only collect information you actively provide via our inquiry form: company, email, message (required); salutation, first/last name, phone, product interest, newsletter opt-in (optional).

Our server logs technical data: IP address, user-agent, referer, timestamp – used solely for security and fraud prevention.

If you opt in to analytics cookies, Google Analytics 4 (property G-9J34GELRF5) collects pseudonymous usage data with IP anonymisation. If you decline, no analytics data is collected.

3. How We Use It

We forward your inquiry to our New York sales partner Outfront Media (90 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10016). Outfront will then contact you directly with a rate card and proposal. We also store your inquiry in our central kruegermedia lead backend (hosted in Germany) for follow-up coordination.

4. Who We Share It With

• Outfront Media (New York, NY, USA) – to fulfil your rate card request.
• Mittwald CM Service (Espelkamp, Germany) – hosting provider under a Data Processing Agreement.
• Email provider for transactional emails.

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

5. New York SHIELD Act (NY Residents)

• Administrative safeguards: data minimisation, access restricted to authorised personnel, regular security review.
• Technical safeguards: SSL/TLS encryption in transit, encryption of stored leads, server-side hardening.
• Physical safeguards: servers operated by Mittwald in a certified ISO-27001 data centre in Germany.
• Breach notification: within 30 days as required by § 899-aa.

6. CCPA / CPRA Rights (California Residents)

• Right to know what personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to delete the personal information we collected.
• Right to correct inaccurate personal information.
• Right to opt out of “sale” or “sharing” – we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information.
• Right to non-discrimination when exercising your rights.

To exercise these rights, contact info@kruegermedia.de with subject “CCPA Privacy Request”. We will respond within 45 days.

7. GDPR Rights (EEA / Germany)

Users in the EEA have rights under the GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interest).

8. Cookies

• Necessary (always active): session, consent storage, security tokens.
• Analytics (opt-in): Google Analytics 4 (G-9J34GELRF5) with IP anonymisation.
• Marketing: not used.

This service is intended for B2B advertisers. Not directed at children under 16.
